On June 12, 2025, the press conference and exhibitor preparation meeting for BICES 2025 (China International Exhibition of Construction Machinery, Building Material Machinery, and Mining Machinery) were held in Beijing. Su Zimeng, President of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, made a keynote speech on “The Operation of the Construction Machinery Industry Since 2025 and Outlook for the Year,” pointing out that since 2025, the construction machinery industry has actively responded to changes in the domestic and international market environment, seeking truth and being enterprising. The entire industry has achieved several scientific and technological innovation results, with the continuous improvement of the advanced level of industrial foundations and the modernization level of industrial chains, the constant acceleration of internationalization, and the solid advancement of high-quality development.
Wu Peiguo, Secretary-General of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, introduced the organization and preparation of BICES 2025. He said that the number of registered exhibitors has increased by more than 10% year-on-year, especially the number of new exhibitors in the high-end, intelligent, and green industrial chain supply chain has increased rapidly. It is expected that the total exhibition area will exceed 150,000 square meters, and the four major thematic pavilions, as well as the thirteen major feature areas, are being prepared smoothly, which will focus on displaying various innovative achievements since the “14th Five-Year Plan,” especially in the past two years.
Li Jianyou, Vice President of the China Construction Machinery Industry Association, Chairman of the Dual Carbon Working Committee and the Engineering Crane Branch, said that BICES 2025 will feature a comprehensive display of numerous new products, new technologies, and new achievements. To help all sectors of society fully understand the latest exhibition content of BICES, the BICES organizing committee will release a “Three New” progress report and a progress directory focusing on high-end, green, intelligent, and foundational strengthening directions. It will highlight and promote the progress and achievements of innovative products, technologies, and achievements.
